The leopard Safari Jhalana , as we all know is a family member of the five big cats in the genius panther. In India, we have a big number of leopards which comes around 12000-14000. Recently some of the leopards have been rescued and left in our Jhalana Forest.So we are going to discuss here leopards of Jhalana .
Leopard safari jhalana refer to a number of more than a dozen leopards, which were released by the forest department of Jaipur. Forest Department of Jaipur a.k.a Jaipur van vibhag came with the idea of making a forest of Jhalana safari for tourist to have a great experience of the wildlife.
You can find big footed, Flora, Nathwali, Prince, Katrina, Mrs Khan (leopard names) therein Jhalana. Jhalana Safari is very good place to witness Leopards and many other Wild Animals in JAIPUR. Jhalana Safari is situated in the eastern hilly area of Jaipur starting from Choolgiri range to JHALAN.

If we talk about the Leopard safari Jhalana. All of them have their own places where they can be easily sighted drinking water, resting and hunting.For example, Choolgiri hill and the nearby area of Choolgiri is an area of Bigfoot, here are some small villages and temples.

Some of them even entered the JLN a.k.a Jawaharlal Nehru Marg a few months back, and then entered the Rajasthan University and Smriti Van biological park. Later they were rescued from there and released back in the same forest.
Now the forest department is planning to increase the area of the Jhalana forest and build up more walls to make the Leopards of Jhalana more comfortable to the environment, live easily, and increase their numbers.
