Among the seven union territories of India, Andaman and Nicobar Islands lie at the junction of the
Andaman Sea
to
the East and Bay of Bengal towards the west. The capital city of the Andaman
Islands is Port Blair while that of the Nicobar Islands is Car Nicobar. The Andaman and Nicobar
Command hosted by the islands is the only tri-service geographical command of the Indian Armed
forces.
The islands have seen a drastic increase in the number of annual tourists visit in the past one
decade, especially after Andamans’

Visiting the best beach of Asia is an experience by itself.
It is famous for its beautiful sunset,
white sand and turquoise blue waters.
The water is so clean that getting a view of corals,
underwater flora and fauna is a regular phenomenon. It is one of the best place to go for
scuba diving and snorkelling.

Cellular Jail National Memorial
This is the place that hosted all the freedom fighters who were sent to ‘Kaala Paani’, a word
which every Indian has heard in his/her childhood. It is a place which will remind us of our
brave forefathers who fought hard to give India its well-deserved freedom.

Mount Harriet & Madhuban
The 16 km trek from Mount Harriet to Madhuban is a must do activity for all the trekking
enthusiast and
also for people travelling with their bunch of friends. The exotic flora and
fauna along with beautiful sceneries add to the beauty of the route. The forest of Mount
Harriet are generally explored with the elephant safari.

Rajiv Gandhi Water Sports Complex
Water sports in the crystal clear waters should be the first thing one should be doing after
landing to Port Blair. Speed boat rides, jet skiing, banana rides, rowboat paddling, parasailing
and what not, you name it and you will get it.

North Bay Beach is the finest place for sea walking in Asia. Coral reefs, school of fishes and
other marine life forms can
be seen swimming right beside you.
